I have a Maax Calla tub that the led is flashing E06 and it has been flashing for three days.

My Maxx tub flashed an E01 followed by an E06. I'm not sure if your issue is related but the source of my problem was a loose wire. I unplugged the wires from the control unit (which look like keyboard/mouse PS/2 wires). I gently bent all the pins slightly inwards so they would make better contact. That fixed my error codes. It might be worth a try.

MAXX code E01, jets don't work

Well first of all i have to assume that this tub is equipped with jet's on the floor and lights,if not then there's no reason for it those buttons to light up, now if it is equipped with these features and your getting a error code all this means is that this tub need to Re Configured to run this type of system, this is something a tech needs to look at because you wouldn't be getting error codes if the tub was configured wrong the reason your getting error codes is because something isn't plugged in correctly at the control box and the computer detected a fault.Justin 503-547-3483

I have a 11 year olod Jacuzzi soaking tub that is in a corner under a window on 1 side, against a wall on 1 side against the shower stall that angles out to open bathroom, 1 side against the side of the sink cabinets. Problem: Tside open to bathroom has the water controls on top. I have a leaking stem and this only side out is tiled from floor to top of tub... seems like an obvious solution but is there an easy way to find what should hav ebeen an access panel without tearing out all the tile?

Stems are removed from the top of the valve. With handle removed, use an appropriate wrench to unscrew it.

Connecting a mansfield whirlpool tub pump don't know the model number pump is in the floor and tough to get to. there are 2 cords hanging out. 1 male end and 1 female end. When I plug in the male end, the pump runs all the time can't turn it off

Hello Joe, Typically when you have a whirlpool type tub, there is either a built-in air switch on the tub that will turn the tub motor, on and off, or the tub needs to have a wall switch to turn it on and off. The switch has to be located so it is at least a minimum distance of 3-4 feet from the edge of either a tub or shower stall, and it must be connected to a GFCI protected circuit. Normally any whirlpool tub requires a separate dedicated 20 Amp 120 Volt AC circuit for proper operation and to meet code. I believe that the female plug is for an optional, in-line heater that can be installed into the tub unit. You should be able to check the installation manual that came with the tub to verify the proper wiring required for your specific unit and model. I would contact the manufacturer to get a copy of the installation guide and instructions for your model, so you are certain that it is properly installed and the wiring you are using meet the NEC (National Electric Code). Here is a link to the Mansfield web site with some FAQ's and their phone contact information. I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

We lost water flow to our bath tub faucet and associated shower head recently. I took off the shower head to confirm that the filter wasn't blocking flow there. We then had a plumbing company come out and take a look and they believed the issue to be with our Delta water mixer cartridge as there was a build up of sediment on the intakes and they could not clean it enough. I was able to track down a replacement cartridge but still nothing coming through. I then returned that in case the new cartridge was faulty. Still nothing. I turned the water back off, took out the cartridge completely and turned the water back on. Water comes gushing out of there into the bathtub so there is 100% no problem with water getting to the bathtub. If in theory the cartridge is working then after the handle is turned on it should then be pushing the water into the opening that goes into the copper pipe going to the faucet and shower head. These are new copper pipes which were put in within the last two years so it is impossible for there to be any kind of buildup on the pipe (sediment would not have been able to pass through Delta cartridge anyway). Water is not leaking as I can see the plumbing in the closet behind the tub. Drywall had been ripped out when plumbing work was done two years ago and not replaced. If the pressure was causing the water to get displaced anywhere else I would see it back there, but it is dry as a bone. Is it possible that all three cartridges (original plus two replacements) are all faulty? I have proven that water is getting to the point where the cartridge is installed but not getting beyond the cartridge. Is there something else I am missing? Installation of cartridge is cut and dry. It will only go in one way. I don't even have the whole assembly on while testing so I can leave the adjustment screw off and just using Vice-Grip to allow me to turn handle the whole way. Help !!!!!!!!!!

I'm thinking that the cartridge may not be turning with the handle. After attempting to turn the faucet on a few times, see if the teeth on it are worn.

We have a MAAX hydromax whirlpool tub (that we have had for a couple of years but just finally got the installation complete). When we put water in the tub and turned on the power we are getting the following error codes that flash intermittently. E01, E02, E06. Also flashing "no H20", even though the water is above the highest jets. The owner's manual does not provide any info on the error codes as I assume they want you to get a service tech. Do you have any ideas or know where we could download the more technical manual. My husband is a sheet metal mechanic and fairly knowledgeable about mechanical things but just needs as starting point. Thank you.

Hello,I will advice you check or to check for the manual you requested for.

I'm a tech working on a Nordic Hot Tub Single pump Impulse there is a flashing code of R60. Also when I reset the power the pump will run from 30-60 seconds and shut down. The water temp is 66 F. I'm figuring its on freeze mode. But the tub is within the owner's commerce not installed exterior. The tub is often in FLO, I've replaced the pressure switch and it worked for some time. Everytime the owner empties and refills the spa it goes into FLO, to which I suggested to to the owner to fill the tub through the filter basket to avoid air lock. Often the spa will run for several days without any trouble then all of a sudden just stop working properly. I'm wondering if the temp sensor is the problem or if its the keyboard. I've checked the element for cracks or discoloration and it looks good. I also checked the element for continuity and it appears to be good. But the R60 code is puzzling me, I haven't been able to find anything on it. The spa is being controlled by either a "U" or "J" class control box by Spabuilders. Thx

I am having the same problem did you find the answer?
