Locate the drain tube with cap, at the base of the spa, remove the cap and turn the large nut or ring in back of the threaded piece to the left or right ( I have found most to turn to the left, yours might me different) then pull the threaded piece out to release the water. You may want to attach a hose to this fitting and drain the water away from the spa.

How to Change White Water Whirlpool Tub Jet Hardware

I recommend that you consider spray painting the gold hardware with brushed nickel rusteoleum paint. IF you decide to go this route you must lightly abrade the gold surface with emery cloth then prime with rusteoleum primer, let that dry and the final coat will be the brushed nickel. I have done this and it turned out excellent. I get compliments on it. Regarding your other issues, you will be happiest with white water parts. That being said, it is likely that locally procured parts might fit. I would get one set of parts and try them. You will likely find the model number etc. on a plate in the mechanical compartment of the spa.

My bathtub drain leaks. Is there a product to

No, not without sealing, I mean clogging, the drain. Do you know exactly where the leak is coming from? I would suspect that the water is getting around the drain, instead of down the drain. The visible part of the drain should unscrew from the part that is underneath. That bottom part is likely permanently sealed to your drain plumbing. You may be able to easily fix your leak by: #1 Unscrewing the visible drain top. #2 Replacing the washer under that top. This will seal your tub to your drain. All water will then be forced to flow down the drain properly. #3 Screw the top of your drain back into place WITHOUT folding or wrinkling the new washer. Good luck

Hi, I have a Sterling Vikrell tub installed in my home. The drain has started to drain slowly, and there is no visible clog. I was going to use a home remedy of baking soda, vinegar, and boiling water to try to dissolve any debris that may be trapped below where I can see. Will any of these materials damage the finish on the tub? Can boiling water melt the Vikrell material in the tub? Thank you in advance for your advice. Sincerely, Laurie M

Use drain clear works well will not damage tub .
