Low pressure from the undersink osmosis filtration system

I have an undersink water osmosis system. I have always had low water pressure. On a good day I can get 3 to 4 cups before the pressure dwindles to a trickle. Presently I can barely get a haf cup before it slows down and takes forever. Someone said I need to use a pump to increase pressure in tank. I changed my filters earlier this year, but never changed the 'bladder'. I know this may need replacing now, but is this the problem or do i need to pump up the pressure and if so how. Note I have never really had lots of water pressure but it was alwyas fairly reasonable. Thanks for any sug
