WellI had the same problem with a client. never seen a stubborn problem like this. I was worried there was no vent on the toilet. My resolution was to get a new flapper from Moen. After the replacement things were better. Cheers

I have a AS dual flush flowise toilet and it seems that on the small flush it does not empty the bowl. As well the bowel does not hold at lot of water so when you are doing your big business, the remnents line the inside of the bowel.

If u pull the lid off the tank you will see that the water level and the amount of water delivered for flushing is adjustable, most have a little float that u can move to deliver more water before the tank valve shuts off, move the foam float down to give more flush water, also u should be able to set the tank level higher, have done this on both my low flow's and got good results.

Try adjusting the ball chain attached to that yellow float. Remove the plastic clip and reattach it at least one ball tighter to the flap. To make this easier you may want to pop the float off its pivot bracket.

In an American Standard Flowise dual flush toilet, there is very little water in the bowl. Is there any adjustments or ways to increase amount of water sitting in the bowl, in between uses? I want more water sitting in the bottom of the bowl,if possible. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about amount of water in the tank, I'm asking about the water in the bowl.

No there isn't. It is set by the design of the bowl and the depth of the p-trap inside the toilet
